1. Due to insufficient quantity of paint, an additional delivery fee of HKD $500 will be charged for the subsequent delivery.
2. An additional transportation fee of $250 will be charged for certain remote areas, such as Tung Chung, Sai Kung, and Discovery Bay.
3. If there are special circumstances at the delivery location - stairs or other obstacles, additional charges may apply depending on the situation.
1. Full payment is required from the customer before the company can proceed with the shipment.
2. The estimated delivery time is approximately 7-4 working days, for reference only. Please note that specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
3. Please note that even within color code, there may be slight color variations among different paint series. It is important to be aware of this when using the paint.
4. Any excess paint will not be eligible for a refund from our company.
5. Once the customer has made the deposit payment, the price of the paint will be locked, and it will not be subject to any price adjustments, whether due to promotions or other reasons, for the ordered items.
6. Upon receipt of the goods, please inspect the items within four days to ensure that the style, quantity, and condition are correct. Any issues or damages must be reported to our company within this four-day period. We will not be able to process refunds, returns, or exchanges for issues reported after this timeframe.
7. There may be slight color variations between the paint color card and the actual application due to differences in the construction surface. This is considered a normal phenomenon.
